Rounds off into a circle while it turns half a revolution, holds, then squares up again on the way round. border-radius interpolates happily from an em value to 50 percent, so one property does it.
Also known as: css square to circle animation, border-radius morph animation, shape morph css.

Currently previewing #3b82f6.--kfa-size. Every other dimension is in
em, so the whole thing scales together. Currently previewing 16px.transition or animation
shorthand. Staggered delays are relative, so they keep their rhythm.
