Letters spin a full turn on their vertical axis one after another, like coins flipped down a row, then rest. Each letter carries its own perspective() so the flip has depth without a wrapper.
Also known as: letter flip animation, rotating letters css, 3d flip text loop.

Currently previewing #3b82f6.--txt-size. Every other dimension is in
em, so the whole thing scales together. Currently previewing 40px.transition or animation
shorthand. Staggered delays are relative, so they keep their rhythm.
