Fades and rises into place as it scrolls into view, with no JavaScript: animation-timeline: view() ties the keyframes to scroll. It also plays once on load, so browsers without it still animate.
Also known as: css fade in on scroll, fade in on scroll without javascript, animation-timeline view().

em, so the whole thing scales together. Currently previewing 16px.transition or animation
shorthand. Staggered delays are relative, so they keep their rhythm.
