A quiet text button whose underline draws in from the left on hover and leaves to the right when the cursor goes, instead of shrinking back. The trick is flipping transform-origin between states.
Also known as: underline hover button, text button underline animation.

Currently previewing #3b82f6.--btn-size. Every other dimension is in
em, so the whole thing scales together. Currently previewing 18px.transition or animation
shorthand. Staggered delays are relative, so they keep their rhythm.
