Gliding Focus Ring
One focus ring is shared by a whole sign-up form. Tab or hover between fields and it glides and resizes to the active one, its glow trailing a few frames behind.
Also known as: animated focus ring css, moving focus indicator, form focus ring transition, shared focus outline css.
